The Board of Visitors is proud to celebrate the 11th Anniversary of Care Card.  Over the past nine years, Care Card has raised more than a million dollars for deserving non-profit organizations in our community.

This success is due to the generous support of our corporate partners, SRP, Westcor, Kitchell Corporation, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Arizona, Harris Bank and Claremont Capital, LLC.  We are grateful for the participation of over 500 retailers, our Affiliates including The Junior League of Phoenix, Inc. and you, our Care Card purchasers.  Our Corporate Partners help underwrite the program expenses so we can grant 100% of the funds from the purchase of each Care Card to our designated recipient.  For the sixth year in a row, Ryan House will be our Care Card recipient.  Past recipients include The Board of Visitors Children's Resource Center at Sojourner Center, Fresh Start Women's Center and SARRC (Southwest Autism Research Resource Center).

Ryan House provides respite and palliative care, as well as end-of-life care, for children facing life-limiting illnesses.  Construction began in April 2008 and Ryan House opened its doors March 2010.  With the purchase of a Care Card, you will help us support Ryan House and the children it serves.

For over 100 years, The Board of Visitors has supported the health care needs of the women, children and the elderly in our community.  Monies raised through our Annual Charity Ball, Fashion Show Luncheon and Care Card are granted to organization that support our mission.  Thank you for helping us continue this tradition.

Our Co-Chairs, Sydney Fox and Julie Palmer, and their committee have worked diligently to make this year's Care Card an overwhelming success.
